“Draft AOC 2024” or Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for President.
We know that AOC has yet to get elected President in 2024, but this is about the value she represents.
Our American system is such that we need to elect delegates to be on the Policy Committee at the Chicago 2024 Presidential Convention.
I don’t see us getting our Socialist slate of delegates to the 2024 convention as “Socialists for Biden.”
We are Socialists like Bernie, AOC, and many members of the Squad are too. Mariane Williamson or RFK Jr. are opportunists seeking to represent our voice without believing in it.
Ralph Nader was that voice in 2000, Bernie in 2016 and 2020, and only AOC can be our voice in 2024.
The only and cheapest way to send Socialist delegates to the convention is to run a “Draft AOC 2024”. It doesn’t mean she has to campaign, but for us Socialists delegates, our values will not be ambiguous.
Running for Mariane or Robert, our voice will be mixed with the Libertarian and the Anti-Vaxxer independent.
This time, unlike what happened to Bernie, where many Liberal opportunists represented him at the 2016 and 2020 conventions, this time, we need to have a real Socialist slate.
Running AOC will bring all the leftist forces as it happened in France with the NUPES.

I have been invited to the Progressive Alliance of the Americas, which includes all the Progressive Parties of the American continent from Chile to Alaska. Still, the United States and Canada are not represented for some reason.
I decided that SDA participation in the Progressive Alliance of America will be done in Spanish because it’s the only natural way to tame that negative image.

Starting in July, Pedro Sanchez will become the President of the Council of the European Union. Unfortunately, he will be followed by the Conservative and Liberal Belgium Prime Minister Alexander De Croo and then followed by following by Right Wing extremist extremist Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.
European citizens will go to the poll from June 6 to 9, 2024, to elect their members of Parliament. The European Socialists are currently working on a unified platform that include AOC Green New Deal.
Each time I listen to their working conference, we, the American Left are singled out as useless and too small to influence anything.
At the same time, here in the United States, Super Tuesday will have taken place, and having a strong Socialist contingent will be necessary for enacting Progressives policies but also sending a signal to the world that we, Americans, want to be part of the progressive movement.
Pedro Sanchez and the whole Presidium of the Socialist International will be in New York during the General Assembly meeting in September. I hope we can organize a meet and greet with any comrade in New York.

Wanted: new Democratic Party chairman for New York State. Must be willing to “collaborate with statewide leadership,” “engage local parties” and more.
If anyone remembers DSA Founder Michael Harrington’s speech at the Mother Jones event in 1984, he said the same thing at the Mother’s Jone event.
Erica Vladimer explained the same at the Four Freedom Democratic Club in 2023.
The goal of running “Drafting AOC” is to send a strong signal to the Democrats that the left wing will NOT compromise with the Liberal and Conservative wings of the party during the primary.
If they are not happy, they can join the Republican Party. The DINOs can join Andrew Yang’s movement.
The Minneapolis Democratic-Farmer-Labor Ward 10 endorsement brawl.
Our comrade Samuel Doten, the chair of the Democratic Socialist Caucus, presided over a brawl orchestrated by the Liberal and Conservative wing of the Democratic Party.
This Democratic Party meeting was to endorse a candidate for Minneapolis City Council between DSA-endorsed incumbent Aisha Chughtai and the Liberal contender Nasri Warsame.
When the Liberal’s only recourse is to use force to disrupt a meeting, we won.
